We are passionate about supporting families though every stage of feeding and early parenthood. In addition to private consultations, Brooke leads a variety of lactation classes, support groups, and educational workshops designed to provide evidence-based information, practical guidance, and supportive community for growing families.

Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, navigating the early postpartum weeks, or looking for ongoing encouragement or connection, these classes and groups are designed to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your feeding journey.

Ways to Connect & Learn
  • Location: Havertown Y

    When: Fridays from 10-11am (except the 3rd Friday of each month)

    Cost: Free for both members and non-members of the Y

    A welcoming weekly support group for lactating mothers looking for guidance, reassurance, and community. This informal group offers a supportive space to ask questions, connect with other moms, and receive evidence-based lactation support. Weighted feeds and baby weight checks are available during group.

    Please note: this group is designed for moms and babies only. To help maintain a calm and supportive environment, please no toddlers and siblings. Members may utilize the Y childcare.

  • Location: Best Beginnings, Ardmore

    Registration: Required

    This monthly workshop is designed to support and empower mothers throughout their breastfeeding journey. Each session focuses on a different topic related to infant feeding, postpartum wellness, and life with a new baby while creating space for open discussion, connection, and support among mothers in your community. Bring your baby!

  • Location: Main Line Family Education, Devon

    Ideal For: Expectant parents

    Duration: 2 hours, in-person or on-demand

    This comprehensive prenatal breastfeeding class is designed to help expectant families feel informed, prepared, and confident before baby arrives. Topics include what to expect in the early days of breastfeeding, latch and positioning basics, milk supply, partner support, pumping, bottle introduction, and common newborn feeding behaviors.

    Partners are strongly encouraged to attend. The class combines practical education with realistic, evidence-based guidance to help families start their feeding journey with confidence.
